We are always looking to recruit energetic, social & empathetic people to join our team at our Bellingham brewery & kitchen. While we are not actively hiring at this time, we accept resumes and job applications so we can hold them for when a position opens.
Compensation
$18 per hour + tips (average of $10/hour but varies from day to day): This position is tip pool eligible (shared equally by FOH and BOH). This position will receive an 8% wage increase after the first year of employment.
We evaluate pay & benefits every six months for our employees and we strive to maintain competitive wages & benefits in the industry.
Benefits: eligible after 60 days of continuous employment
Healthcare benefits including medical, dental & vision:
Employees must work at least 25 hours a week to become eligible for benefits.

50% employer contribution for spouse & children
Paid holiday closures:
Holidays observed include: Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Time Away: for permanent employees

Up to 7 days per year (first 24 months of employment)
