El Sueñito Brewing Grand Opening in Seattle

Join us for our grand opening of our second Sueñito taproom & our new Frelard Tamales home in the neighborhood that gave us wings to fly: Fremont & Frelard!

We are coming back (from Green Lake) to our roots where everything got started. Back in 2015, Frelard Tamales was born and became a local favorite at the Fremont Sunday Market. That's where our customers fell in love with our half-pound tamales & that's where we fell in love with your warmth and support for our small, queer & Mexican-owned business.

We are now ready to add another chapter to our story. Frelard Tamales created El Sueñito Brewing so we could pursue our passion for craft beer and craft cocktails inspired by the history and flavors of the Pacific Northwest & Mexico. Join us to experience this new concept and treat yourself to our expanded menu featuring our half-pound tamales, tacos, salads and typical Mexican appetizers.

We will be open all weekend starting on Friday, August 9th every day from 11 AM - 10 PM. Read our FAQs below for more information. See you this weekend and until the world ends!

Hours of operation:

Our current hours of operation will be 11 AM to 10 PM. We might be  extending our hours on weekends but for now, you can find us open 11 AM -  10 PM.

Age & furry four-legged family member restrictions:

We are an all-ages taproom & kitchen. While our space was  designed with adults in mind to enjoy themselves, people of all ages are  welcomed. Our bar area is strictly 21+. We are planning to add outdoor seating soon and once this happens, well-behaved dogs will be welcomed outside. Due to local health department regulations, only service animals are allowed inside our taproom.

Parking:

We do not have on-site parking. Street parking is available  immediately outside our business and throughout the neighborhood. Please  respect our neighbors and do not violate parking regulations.

Beer, cider, cocktails, wine & NA drink options:

Our pride & focus when it comes to drinks is our El Sueñito  Brewing beers featuring different beer styles from our popular (and 2023  WA State Beer Awards Gold Medal Winner) Alebrijes Mexican Lager to our  Meztli American Stout and of course, our refreshing West Coast Night  Shift IPA.

However, even though beer is our pride and our craft, we want to be  a hang out spot for others who don't drink beer or to those who don't  consume alcohol. This is why you will find other tasty options like our  tequila & mezcal cocktails, ciders, a couple house wines and some  typical Mexican NA drink options. We hope you will find something for  you when you visit!

Table & bar service:

Our taproom & kitchen uses a table service model. When you come  in, we will find a table for you and your party. We use a flag system  that will let our bartenders know when you are ready for service so we  don't interrupt your experience unless you need our attention.

Online orders:

Online orders will be turned off during our grand opening weekend  so that our kitchen can keep up with our in-house guests. Once the dust  settles from our grand opening celebration, online orders and the  take-out window will begin accepting orders like we used to in Green  Lake.

Take-out & to-go:

Our entire menu will be available for take-out and to-go orders  placed in-house. Once our online ordering turns on, our entire menu will  be available to go.

Expect good food, drinks, vibes & not a perfect operation

We are excited to welcome you to our new spot in the  Fremont/Frelard! We have been working on this project for close to two  years and we are so excited to see happy faces hanging out here.

Please know that our staff has been working hard to prepare for the  grand opening but we know that we won't have every kink ironed out  before opening. We ask for your grace and patience. We would love to  hear feedback so that we can improve our systems and make future visits  more enjoyable.
