Frelard Tamales is hosting our first ever tamales making party, but with an anarchist twist. Say hello to our Anarchist Tamales Making Party!
Yes, we are hosting a tamales making party where you will have the opportunity to make your own damn tamales however the hell you want! Want to mix chicken and pork together? Want to make your own jalapeño, cheese & beans tamales? How about chicken and cheese? Or how about fajita veggies and chicken? Well, if you are one of us who has always dreamed about some wild flavors for a tamal, this tamales party is for you!
Here is what is included with your ticket and what you can expect at our Make Your Own Damn Tamales Party:
A dedicated space to explore & learn more about the art of making & assembling tamales
Knowledgeable staff to teach and coach you through the tamales making process
A drink of your choice from our drinks menu
Cooking & handling instructions for your tamales
Take tamales home to steam and enjoy whenever you are craving a delicious meal
90 minutes of pure community joy and fun hands-on learning
An opportunity to meet other folks in community
Our tamales making party features two options:
A six tamales or twelve tamales buy-in option
You will have a chance to make all six or twelve tamales yourself but if you don't finish them all, you will be able to take frozen tamales from our pre-made options to make sure you take the tamales you paid for
Our bar and kitchen will be staffed and ready to serve delicious drinks and food until your heart desires. Join us for a fun evening and have an opportunity to learn more about tamales and the art of making tamales. Bring a boo, a friend, your mom or your brother. Everyone is welcomed! We expect to sell out, so get your tickets early!

No refunds will be issued for no shows or for cancellations day of
Only a 50% refund will be issued on or after February 16th
Receive 100% refund if canceled on or before February 15th
