In collaboration with our friends at Hellbent Brewing, this saison has notes of bubblegum and banana esters from the Belgian Saison yeast, rounded out with subtler notes of citrus, melon, and stone fruit. Semi dry finish and low hop bitterness, with more prominent citrus flavors on the back end.
