Crisp mornings. Fresh hops off the harvest. At 6.2%, Lúpulo Fresco is our west-coast fresh hop IPA — brewed with whole-cone Strata from Oregon's Willamette Valley and wet-hopped with Simcoe from the Yakima, all within hours of picking. Vibrant tropical fruit, sweet citrus, and a light pine finish. Bright, juicy, and unmistakably fall.

El Sueñito (pronounced sweˈnito) means "the little dream" in Spanish. What started as a little dream has blossomed into something bigger. From our first tamales in Seattle to our breweries in Bellingham and Seattle, El Sueñito celebrates the intersection of cultures, craft, and community. We pour our Mexican heritage, PNW spirit, and passion for great beer into everything we do.
