El Sueñito (pronounced sweˈnito) means "the little dream" in Spanish. What started as a little dream has blossomed into something bigger. From our first tamales in Seattle to our breweries in Bellingham and Seattle, El Sueñito celebrates the intersection of cultures, craft, and community. We pour our Mexican heritage, PNW spirit, and passion for great beer into everything we do.
